張晨，男，漢族，1995年4月生，安徽石臺人，中共黨員。2023年10月博士畢業于大連海事大學。2014年獲得安徽省化學檢驗工資格證，2016年5月評為優秀共產黨員。2023年12月至今以高層次人才引進方式引至安徽交通職業技術學院航海系。
主授課程：《國際運輸地理》
在Journal of Polymers and Environment、Marine Pollution Bulletin等期刊均以第一作者發表SCI學術論文4篇（總影響因子21.04）；現代化工、材料導報等一作中文核心3篇，其中1篇被CSSCI收錄；中國力學學會國際會議一作1篇；發明專利2項（實審中）；參加國自然科研項目1項，國家裝備預研項目1項。主要研究方向包括交通裝備表面防污防腐與測控、應用型表面的防護以及水凝膠的合成與制備。
