孟柯生，男，1985年12月生，安徽壽縣人，高級工程師，副教授，博士畢業于中國科學技術大學，具有民用航空器維修人員執照和波音737NG系列機型執照。2012.04-2021.12就職于安徽民航機場集團有限公司，2022.01至今以高層次人才方式引進至安徽交通職業技術學院，負責航空系籌建工作，現任安徽交通職業技術學院航空系籌建辦副主任，航空器可持續燃料燃燒與雷擊防護重點實驗室負責人。
長期從事可替代航空燃料的微爆和燃燒特性以及民航地面智能設備的研究和開發工作，近5年在Energy、FUEL、Applied Thermal Engineering、PHYSICS OF FLUIDS和Journal of the Energy Institute等國際期刊發表SCI論文30余篇，其中，以第一作者發表12篇SCI論文（TOP期刊7篇，第一作者總影響因子64.8）、通訊作者5篇、唯一作者中文核心1篇，授權發明專利1項，實用新型專利3項，International Communication in Heat and Mass Transfer、FUEL、Energy、PHYSICS OF FLUIDS等國際期刊審稿人，全國職業院校技能大賽飛機維修賽項裁判，指導學生獲得金磚國家職業技能大賽國賽一等獎1次，二等獎1次；主持發布國家標準1項，參編國家標準1項；主編教材1部；2024主持安徽省交通廳重點科技推廣項目1項，2022年主持安徽省高校重大科研項目1項、安徽省質量工程項目2項；2018-2019主持安徽民航機場集團有限公司創新項目3項；成果轉化1項（3.6萬元）；橫向項目1項（10萬元）。2017年入選安徽省538英才工程拔尖人才，2018年入選全國燃燒節能凈化標準化委員會TC441委員，2019入選安徽省向上向善好青年提名，2024入選全球“最佳研究者獎”（Best Researcher Award),2025獲得安徽省航空學會科學技術獎自然科學獎二等獎。個人業績被安徽工人日報頭版頭條、新安晚報、航空資訊和民航資源網等媒體廣泛報道。E-mail：mengkesheng@126.com.
